The register

One register for every warden

Who holds which role, where, and whether they're ready: answered in one place instead of a spreadsheet per building.

  • Enrol wardens onceEach warden has a profile with their roles, assignments, training history and certifications, kept current as those change.
  • Roles that match your structureBuilt around Australian AS 3745 warden hierarchies: chief wardens, floor wardens, first aid officers, or roles you define yourself.
  • Assignments down to the floorAssign each role to a site, building and floor, so responsibility is named everywhere someone needs to act.
  • Wardens see it on their phoneAssignments reach each warden in the Arnivar app, where they accept, decline or withdraw, and act on them when an event starts.

Coverage

See the gaps before the alarm does

The question that matters isn't "how many wardens do we have". It's "is anyone missing where we need them". Arnivar answers it continuously.

  • Coverage across every siteRoles filled, floors covered and certifications current, visible per building and across the whole portfolio.
  • Gaps flagged, not discoveredAn uncovered floor or a lapsing certification surfaces on the dashboard, not in a post-incident review.
  • People move, coverage holdsWhen a warden leaves or changes floor, reassign in the portal and the structure updates everywhere at once, including their app.
  • Wardens manage themselvesEach warden sees their own assignments, training and certifications in their profile, and can act without emailing you.

Training & certifications

Training is part of the same system

A warden isn't covered by holding a title. Training events, registrations and certifications live inside Arnivar Wardens, so readiness is a fact, not an assumption.

  • Schedule training eventsSessions with dates, venues and courses, one-off or recurring across the year.
  • Wardens register themselvesUpcoming sessions appear in each warden's profile; they register for what they need.
  • Certifications with a clockCompletions become certifications, and expiries are flagged long before they lapse.

Why teams run their wardens on Arnivar

One source of truth

Roles, assignments, training and certifications in one register, not a spreadsheet per building and a folder of PDFs.

Gaps surface early

Uncovered floors and lapsing certifications are flagged while there's time to fix them quietly.

Ready when it counts

The structure you maintain here is the one wardens act on in the Arnivar app the moment an event starts.

Common questions

How do wardens get into the system?

Enrol them from the admin portal, or let them request enrolment for approval. Each warden gets a profile with their roles, assignments, training and certifications.

Can I create my own warden roles?

Yes. Arnivar ships with the Australian AS 3745 hierarchy and lets you define additional roles, such as first aid officers or site marshals, with the module access each role needs.

How do wardens see their assignments?

In their own profile and in the Arnivar mobile app, where assignments arrive as notifications and can be accepted, declined or withdrawn. During an event, the app gives each warden the view their role requires.

What happens when a warden leaves?

Reassign or retire their roles in the portal. Coverage updates immediately, and any gap this opens is flagged so it gets filled rather than forgotten.

Does this connect to training and compliance?

Yes. Training events and certifications are part of Arnivar Wardens. Arnivar Comply adds a compliance register on top, where completed drills and training events are recorded against the requirements they satisfy. See training & event management for the full training story.
